Our dehydrated dragon fruit do not lose any of their beneficial properties. All our dehydrated fruits are hydrated using a very low temperature over 17 hours, without added sugar, preservatives or additives, all of which are natural. 

 Suggestion to use: Healthy snacks , baking, cooking , exotic drinks like cocktails and mocktails 

In terms of taste, dehydrated dragon fruit has a mildly sweet and slightly tangy flavour, with a texture that is chewy. 

Dehydrated Dragon Fruit Infused Drink

Dehydrated dragon fruit slices – 2 to 3 pieces

 In a cup take 2 to 3 slices of dragon fruit slices and pour 1/ 4 cup lukewarm water and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. This is to ooze out all the properties of the dehydrated dragon fruit, then strain the clear dragon fruit drink to this add hot or cold water as per once preference and for sweetness you can add 1 tsp of honey.
