Dragon Fruit Smoothie Recipe Ingredients:
4 pieces of dried dragon fruit slices 1 banana, sliced and frozen 1/2 cup of coconut water/coconut milk/almond milk 1 tablespoon of honey or any sweetener (optional) Ice cubes (optional) Instructions:
- In 1/2 cup lukewarm water, infuse the dried dragon fruit slices and set them aside for 20 minutes. You can also soak them overnight and refrigerate.
- Peel the banana, slice it, and freeze it.
- In a blender, combine the infused dragon fruit slices, frozen banana slices, coconut water/milk, honey and ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more water or coconut water to reach your desired consistency.
- Taste the smoothie and add more sweetener if needed.
- If desired, add some ice cubes to make the smoothie colder and more refreshing.
- Pour the dragon fruit smoothie into glasses and enjoy!
Feel free to customize this recipe by adding fruits like berries or mango, or even some granola mix.
